Jewelry Care

Always wear your rubber or metal safety backs with your earrings to prevent loss.

Most of our jewelry is gold, rhodium or silver plated over a sterling silver base, it is possible for the plating to fade over time from continuous wear and this is unavoidable over the life of plated jewelry.

We recommend you store your silver jewelry in a dry and air-tight area, such as a jewelry box or a zip lock bag to minimize tarnishing over time.

Protect the plating of each jewelry piece by removing it when washing your hand, showering, swimming, exercising or cleaning.  Avoid contact with common chemicals in soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair spray and cleaning products such as chlorine and other bleaches.

Do not use silver liquid cleaner to clean rhodium-plated jewelry.  It can dull or harm the rhodium plating.

You can use a soft 100% cotton cloth to clean the jewelry.  It is recommend that you use separate cleaning cloth for different types of plating.  See a professional jeweler for a thorough cleaning of your jewelry piece.
